It is common for the Fulani (Fulbe) people to carry transistor radios like many of us carry mobile phones. Because of their semi-nomadic culture, it is a handy way for them to hear the latest news and announcements in their local area. In January of 2024, we launched a radio ministry that broadcasts the message of Jesus Christ into the remote areas of Northern Nigeria. Each gospel broadcast is followed by a phone number to call if they would like to learn more about Jesus. Our team has evangelists who are ready to meet with inquiring Fulani Muslims who are hungry to hear more about the love of God given to them through Jesus Christ.
