What we do

Protecting the vulnerable

In Nigeria's most targeted villages, survival often comes down to minutes. We're working to give families those minutes and to keep the attack from happening at all.

Two ways to stand between a family and the violence.

Protecting the vulnerable takes two kinds of courage. One is measured in minutes — a warning that gives a village time to flee before an attack lands. The other is measured in years — sitting old enemies down in the same room until the attack never comes. We do both.

Warn • Reconcile

Warn · Early Detection System

Turning seconds of terror into minutes of safety.

In the most volatile regions, attacks on Christian villages come at night, without warning. Families are caught completely defenseless. In those moments, survival comes down to one thing: time.

So we built a way to give them time. Our early-warning system alerts a community the moment danger approaches — the precious minutes a family needs to flee, hide, or reach safety. It's now being refined and prepared to protect more of the villages living under constant threat.

Seconds → Minutes

The difference between a family caught defenseless and a family that gets out alive.

One village endured five attacks in a single two-week stretch. Fifty people were killed. This is the terror the system exists to break.

Reconcile · Peace Tours

Peace, brokered on the front lines.

Across the region, a deadly cycle of violence between herding and farming communities has displaced villages and destroyed livelihoods. We refuse to watch from a distance.

Guided by the call to be peacemakers, our Peace Tours go straight into the most volatile zones — and bring Christian and Muslim neighbors into the same room, often for the very first time.

Mutual terms

We show how communities that choose coexistence can trade, farm, and protect one another.

A blueprint for peace

Counting the cost

We show both sides the true, generational price of the violence.

We help both sides set practical, binding guidelines to share land and live safely.

Where there were once active combat zones, there is now an agreement to live.

No family should face the night alone.

A village with minutes to flee. Two old enemies who chose peace over bloodshed. Every life protected here is proof that the violence doesn't get to decide who survives.
