Persecuted Christians and the gospel

Across Nigeria exists for two callings at once — bringing aid to persecuted Christians and reaching Muslim communities in Northern Nigeria with the love of Jesus.

"Our main objectives are to bring aid to persecuted Christians and reach Muslims with the gospel in the places God has called us to go."

Pastor Brad Brandon — Founder & CEO

Our Story

Across Nigeria was founded by Pastor Brad Brandon. For more than twenty-three years he served as a senior pastor and a family counselor. In 2016, he was called to Northern Nigeria — to help persecuted Christians and reach muslims with the gospel.

The ministry works predominantly in high-risk areas of Northern Nigeria and other parts of West Africa, where opposition is most intense and few others are willing to go.

Caring for persecuted Christians

We stand with Christians who are paying for their faith — widows, orphans, families forced to flee — meeting physical needs and walking with them as they heal and rebuild.

Reaching Muslims with the love of Christ

We go to Muslim communities in Northern Nigeria with the message and love of Jesus Christ — building relationships, preaching, planting churches, and discipling new believers, even where opposition is most intense.

Our Vision and Mission

Two callings, held as one

Our passion is to stand with persecuted Christians in Northern Nigeria—bringing relief, refuge, encouragement, and hope—while also sharing the message and love of Jesus Christ with Muslim communities. Together, these two callings reflect one mission: to see lives restored, communities transformed, and Christ made known.

...and how we protect the people we serve.

What we believe shapes how we work

—

—

The authority of Scripture as the Word of God

The gospel of Jesus Christ — salvation in Him alone

—

—

The Great Commission — making disciples of all peoples

The persecuted church as family — their suffering is ours to share

We will not trade a person's safety for a photograph.

Where you see a changed name or a withheld place, that is not a gap in the story — it is us keeping a promise to the people we serve.

We hold both callings together.

Reaching the lost and caring for the persecuted are not two ministries competing for attention. They are one work, and we refuse to elevate one above the other.

We tell the truth without exploiting it.

The suffering here is severe, and we report it plainly. But grief is not a marketing tool. We give the people we serve their dignity — in words and in images.
